Athletic/Activities Physicals:
Dr. Cory Piva from Pleasant Hill Chiropractic will be available for physicals beginning July 11th - Aug. 25th.
-Donations are accepted and suggested at $20.
(Dr. Piva will be making a donation back to the PHR3 activities department with each physical performed.)
